About Us

Sedley School is located approximately 50 km southeast of Regina on Highway 33. We are a K-8 school serving the communities of Francis, Lajord and Sedley for approximately 84 students. Through a joint use agreement with the village, we utilize the attached Sedley Gym/Hall for physical education classes, school assemblies and other sporting and cultural events. We also have an optional band program for grades 6 through 8.

Our student population is active in extra-curricular sports including basketball, volleyball, badminton, cross-country and track and field. In addition we have various clubs which operate throughout the year, such as recycling club, library club and crochet club.   The Student Leadership Council (SLC) organizes school wide spirit day events throughout the year. We also have the added benefit of a very supportive School Community Council (SCC).
