The 7 week group will run virtually starting Monday February 5 to March 18, 2024 from  7:00 -8:30.


Y-Mind is a Mental Wellness group for teens ages 13-18 years old experiencing mild to moderate anxiety. The program is an evidence-based intervention designed to equip participants with skills that support mental wellness using workshops, experiential activities, and mindfulness practices.


There is no charge for the program, pre-registration is required.
